Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise-level Product Management experience focused on IAM, Privacy, or related field.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, frameworks, and technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management transformation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit enabling effective stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for the Identity Defense and Access portfolio aligned with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic business direction.
• Collaborate with Privacy and Legal to document and ensure compliance with personal information usage.
• Define and prioritize business capabilities and map them to products or new offerings.
• Articulate business value to Product Owners to align product roadmap and portfolio objectives.
• Create and prioritize features/epics in the program backlog; make trade-off decisions as needed.
• Refine features/epics with Product Owners to ensure sufficient ready work for upcoming quarters.
• Review features/epics and decide on scope and requirements in real time.
• Partner with Product Owners and teams to maximize value from technology and industry trends.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
