Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager with deep IAM implementation experience in the United States. The role covers leading Greenfield IAM deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate brings 7–12 years of PM experience, hands-on IAM tooling knowledge (Okta, Entra, SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk), and strong collaboration with security, engineering, and infrastructure teams to drive successful

Qualifications

7–12 years of project management experience.
Experience implementing IAM platforms from inception through deployment.
Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk or similar IAM solutions.
Strong knowledge of IAM, SSO, IdP, and IGA.
Experience with ServiceNow and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IAM platform implementation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
Drive enterprise IAM initiatives involving authentication, authorization, identity governance, and access management.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, engineering, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and execution plans.
Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, dependencies, and communications across multiple workstreams.
