Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead complex IAM initiatives across the enterprise. You will translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, coordinating across infrastructure, security, and applications teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will combine project management discipline with hands-on IAM knowledge, oversee platform migrations and policy implementations, and drive organizational transformations in IAM.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IAM platforms/architectures and identity governance controls.
• Advanced project management skills (planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk) with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid experience.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to translate technical architecture into business context.

Responsibilities

• Define project charters and scope for IAM initiatives and break into workstreams.
• Develop schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates with technical leads.
• Establish success criteria and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Lead governance boards and steering committee reviews and communicate status and risks.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, security, applications, and business teams to manage dependencies.
