Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity initiatives. You will partner with Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, HR Systems and Operations to deliver identity transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience working within cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise technology environments.

• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
• Support organizational change management activities, including communications, training, and user adoption efforts.
• Work closely with vendors and integration partners to ensure successful project execution.

We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity initiatives. This individual will partner with teams across Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, HR Systems, and Business Operations to deliver strategic identity and access transformation programs.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in managing complex technology projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing IAM initiatives such as identity governance, access management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), user lifecycle management, and cybersecurity modernization efforts.

• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Ping Identity, or similar technologies.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, Cybersecurity Teams, and Business Leaders.
• Background supporting enterprise-wide change management and technology adoption initiatives.
