Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex IAM initiatives across the enterprise. You will translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, coordinating across infrastructure, security, and applications teams to deliver value on time and within scope.

You will combine strong project management with hands‑on IAM platform knowledge (Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in project/program management; 5+ years managing IAM, security, or enterprise IT projects.
• 3+ years hands‑on with enterprise IAM platforms (Okta, Saviynt, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Define project charters and scope for IAM initiatives, breaking implementations into manageable workstreams and phases.
• Develop schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates with technical leads.
• Establish success criteria and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Lead governance boards and steering committee reviews; report status and decisions to technical and business audiences.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, security, applications, and business teams, managing dependencies and escalations.
