Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager with deep IAM implementation experience in the United States. The role covers leading Greenfield IAM deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate brings 7–12 years of PM experience, hands-on IAM tooling knowledge (Okta, Entra, SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk), and strong collaboration with security, engineering, and infrastructure teams to drive successful

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of project management experience.
• Experience implementing IAM platforms from inception through deployment.
• Experience with Okta, Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk or similar IAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, SSO, IdP, and IGA.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Smartsheet.

• Lead end-to-end IAM platform implementation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Drive enterprise IAM initiatives involving authentication, authorization, identity governance, and access management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, engineering, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and execution plans.
• Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, dependencies, and communications across multiple workstreams.

Assignment type: 6-Month Contract (High Liklihood of extension)

Compensation: $65/hr-$75/hr

We're hiring a Technical Project Manager with deep experience leading Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform implementations(Greenfield). This role is ideal for someone who has managed the full lifecycle deployment of an IAM solution, not just application integrations.

• Lead end-to-end IAM platform implementation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.
