Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking an IAM Lead with a strong Cyber Security Practice background to drive large-scale IAM programs and managed services engagements from Jersey City, onsite. You will lead IAM strategy, governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery while steering distributed offshore and onshore teams.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of IT experience, 8+ years in Identity & Access Management, and hands-on SailPoint expertise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years hands-on IAM experience.
• Global teams across offshore and onshore locations.
• Experience in BFSI domain.
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint.
• Prior CSP experience desirable.
• Lead IAM programs, operations, and transformation initiatives.
• Own delivery, governance, risk management and service excellence for IAM engagements.
• Define IAM roadmaps and align IAM capabilities with customer security objectives.
• Knowledge of .NET and SQL is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of IAM products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving IAM strategy, governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery while leading distributed offshore and onshore teams. This role requires strong customer-facing skills and the ability to engage with business, security, and technology stakeholders at leadership levels.
