Job summary

Cencora is seeking a skilled IAM Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM platforms and directory services. You will build automation for provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and reviews, while enabling secure SSO, MFA, and PAM integrations across business units.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams to drive Zero Trust initiatives and improve identity governance using AI-assisted analytics and orchestration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/cybersecurity or related field.
• 4+ years in IAM, platform engineering, or related technical field.
• Hands-on IAM automation using scripting, APIs, or IaC.
• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, CyberArk, or similar.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Terraform, REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, JWT.
• Experience with IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled security and ITDR/UEBA is a plus.
