Cencora is seeking a seasoned leader to manage and evolve enterprise identity and access management across the organization. You will safeguard critical applications by shaping governance, provisioning, access certification, and privileged account controls.

You will lead a team of IAM professionals, collaborate with security and IT operations, and ensure compliance with international regulations while driving strategic security initiatives and modernization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, information security, IT operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification in IAM, cybersecurity, or equivalent preferred.

Aufgaben

• Drive the evolution and deployment of advanced enterprise identity solutions to safeguard critical business applications and sensitive information globally.
• Formulate identity governance strategies to automate user provisioning, access certification, and privileged account management across the organization.
• Analyze complex authentication telemetry and access logs to proactively identify systemic vulnerabilities and direct high-level security remediations.
• Coach, develop, and lead a team of IAM professionals to cultivate technical expertise and execute strategic security objectives.
