Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, information security, IT operations, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial capacity required.
• Certification in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the continuous evolution and deployment of advanced enterprise identity solutions globally.
• Formulates comprehensive identity governance strategies to automate user provisioning, access certification, and privileged account management.
• Analyze authentication telemetry and access logs to proactively identify systemic vulnerabilities and direct high-level security remediations.
• Drive the integration of robust multi-factor authentication and adaptive access controls into new technological deployments to enhance secure operational usability.
• Evaluate evolving data privacy regulations and security standards to guarantee all identity management infrastructures remain compliant with international legal requirements.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of identity and access management professionals to cultivate deep technical expertise and execute strategic security objectives.
