Cencora is seeking an experienced IAM Platform Engineer to design and enhance enterprise IAM platforms with a focus on automation, AI-enabled identity services, and zero trust security in a large organization.

You will partner with cybersecurity, cloud, and application teams to deliver scalable identity solutions, including SSO, MFA, PAM, and IGA, while driving operational efficiency and secure access governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 4+ years in IAM, platform engineering, software development, cybersecurity engineering, cloud engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on IAM automation using scripting, APIs, orchestration tools, or Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Experience with enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, Ping Identity, ForgeRock).
• Experience developing solutions with PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, Terraform, REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, JWT.
• Experience supporting IGA, Access Management, PAM, SSO, MFA.

Responsabilités

• Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise IAM platforms for secure, scalable auth.
• Develops automation solutions for identity lifecycle, provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews.
• Creates API-driven integrations and identity orchestration workflows.
• Uses AI-powered tools to improve access governance and threat detection.
• Analyzes identity telemetry and performance metrics to mitigate security risks.
• Documents architectures, standards, automation frameworks, and runbooks.
• Collaborates with security, cloud, infra, and app teams to implement SSO, MFA, PAM, and ZTA.
• Validates upgrades and controls in development/test prior to production.
• Evaluates new IAM/AI/cybersecurity tech for innovation and risk reduction.
• Provides technical leadership and mentorship on IAM best practices.
