Delinea is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to lead runtime authorization initiatives across all segments. You will partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to identify opportunities, conduct technical discovery, and deliver compelling live demos and workshops that translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions.

Focus on IAM/PAM with Okta, Entra ID, and related tech, while guiding customers through architecture designs, PoVs, and robust deployment plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales Solutions Engineering or Sales Architecture with IAM/PAM focus.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• Hands-on IAM/PAM, zero-trust concepts, and business outcomes alignment.
• Experience with SAML/OIDC/OAuth and directory systems.
• Familiarity with cloud/IaaS, Kubernetes, and DevOps basics.

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical lead for runtime authorization across segments.
• Collaborate with account teams to qualify and accelerate opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery linking problems to business outcomes.
• Deliver live demos, architecture designs, and workshops.
• Own proofs of value and drive technical evaluations to a win.
• Develop deployment plans across identity providers, databases, and clouds.
• Respond to security questionnaires with accurate product references.
• Mentor and enable sales engineers and account executives.
• Collaborate with Professional Services during onboarding and support.
