Gartner is seeking an experienced IAM Leader to design, implement, and govern enterprise IAM solutions across Okta and Microsoft Entra ID. You will architect integrations (SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM), manage lifecycle and access governance, and drive platform modernization while mentoring engineers and collaborating with security, cloud, and application teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of IAM experience in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, standards, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with SSO libraries and secure integration using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM.
Hands-on experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
Extensive experience with Okta platform (LCM, SSO, access governance).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including CA, RBAC, PIM.
Experience building automation with Python and PowerShell.
Experience deploying automation across Entra ID and AWS.
Experience with SIEM dashboards and security KPIs.

Responsabilités

Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise IAM solutions across Okta, Entra ID, and other IAM platforms.
Design and implement SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and authentication policies.
Architect and deploy identity integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and REST APIs.
Manage and enhance Okta Lifecycle Management and Entra ID identity lifecycle processes.
Develop and maintain IAM automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, and cloud-native capabilities.
Design and implement RBAC, PIM, and least-privilege access controls.
Partner with security, infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to onboard applications.
Provide technical leadership for IAM projects, including requirements gathering and design.
Drive IAM platform modernization and best practices adoption.
Troubleshoot authentication, federation, provisioning, and access issues.
Create architecture docs, SOPs, and standards.
Mentor engineers and support team growth.
Support audit, compliance, and risk management activities.
