• Lead end-to-end IAM managed services delivery across IAM stack
• Own service outcomes for blended onshore/offshore teams
• Serve as primary delivery relationship owner for accounts
• Drive automation and tooling modernization
• Lead account expansion, renewals, and RFP/RFI activities
• Mentor managers, leads, and engineers
