Qualifications

• 10+ years in IAM with technical leadership in a consulting or large enterprise
• Proven track record delivering enterprise IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem
• Deep knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP) and modern IAM architectures
• Hands-on with at least two major IAM technologies such as Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping Identity

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise IAM architecture, strategy, reference patterns, and roadmaps across authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, privileged access, and account protection
• Lead executive discussions, translate business goals into IAM requirements and ensure scalable, interoperable solutions
• Design and implement authentication/authorization, identity provisioning, lifecycle management, and privileged access controls
• Evaluate IAM tools and provide integration recommendations balancing security, privacy, and usability
• Architect secure integrations between IAM platforms and applications, directories, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, remediation, and post-incident root-cause analysis
• Create technical guidance, diagrams, and executive briefings; mentor staff on best practices
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business leaders to prioritize roadmap items and demonstrate business value
• Ensure compliance across IAM programs
