Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager of Identity & Access Governance to lead IAM strategy and governance across the enterprise. The role oversees provisioning, authentication, and access controls, while driving program maturity and adoption of an IGA solution.

You will manage onshore/offshore teams, collaborate with audit, and ensure compliance with SOX/TSA/PCI in a regulated airline environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Active Directory, IAM solutions, and/or User Account Management platforms.
• 4+ years configuring IAM solutions (packaged or custom).
• 3+ years direct people management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on identity and access management.
• Design and execute IAG roadmap.
• Manage onboarding of IGA solutions and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure access controls across enterprise and regulatory compliance.
