Job summary

Frontier Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager of Identity & Access Governance (IAG) to oversee critical identity management functions within the Cybersecurity team. This role involves leading a team responsible for authentication, authorization, and profile management processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IAM, including leading project deliveries, implementing best practices, and fostering stakeholder relationships. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required along with significant leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years of operational experience with Active Directory and IAM solutions.
• Experience with configuring and implementing IAM tools.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Identity Access Governance within the Cybersecurity team.
• Drive the maturity of the IAG program.
• Manage access provisioning and governance.
• Implement security policies and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance.
