Job summary

Atlas Air Worldwide is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management to lead a global IAM team responsible for provisioning, access control, SSO, MFA, directory services, and governance across corporate assets and third-party entities. You will drive security best practices and define strategic IAM programs in a complex, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in cybersecurity or information technology with at least five years in IAM
• Technical background in IAM design, implementation and delivery
• Experience in technology and security administration across large heterogeneous networks
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix and IAM solutions
• Experience with on-premises and cloud IAM deployments
• SSO and MFA knowledge are essential

Responsibilities

• Manages a 24x7 global team of IAM professionals
• Leads hiring, career development and performance reviews
• Provides leadership, mentoring and coaching to staff
• Accountable for all phases of Identity and Access Management
• Directs stakeholders to implement IAM solutions aligned with policies
• Ensures up-to-date documentation and secure configurations
• Leads IAM governance across SSO, directory, MFA and privileged accounts
• Supports business metrics for IAM initiatives
• Liaisons with internal and external auditors for control compliance
