Atlas Air Worldwide is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management to lead a global IAM team responsible for provisioning, access, SSO, directory services, and security integrations across multiple environments. You will align IAM program milestones with business goals and drive secure, scalable access controls for corporate assets and external partners.

Competenze

• People management experience with proven record of motivating staff and coaching direct reports.
• 7-10+ years’ experience in cybersecurity with at least five years in IAM.
• Deep background in IAM technology design, implementation and delivery.
• Technical and security administration experience across large heterogeneous networks.
• Windows/Linux/Unix knowledge and leading IAM solutions.
• IAM on-prem and cloud experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, AD, PKI, and privileged accounts.
• Experience with IAM governance, risk management and security controls.
• SOX experience desired; US security clearance a plus.
