Guardian Life is seeking an Identity Governance & Administration Lead to design, implement, and advance identity governance across a complex environment. The role collaborates with HR, legal, digital and technology, cybersecurity, and compliance to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions and automated processes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IAM/IGA with hands-on provisioning, access certifications, and experience integrating SailPoint, CyberArk, or OKTA within enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of IT, cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years in IAM/IGA with hands-on provisioning and access certifications.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity governance capabilities.
• Provide enterprise control monitoring, reporting, analytics, and documentation.
• Partner with AI, Digital, and Technology teams to gather requirements for non-human identity capabilities.
• Design scalable provisioning and deprovisioning solutions across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate requirements into governance models and playbooks.
