Frontier Airlines is seeking a Sr Analyst of Identity & Access Governance (IGA) to join our Cybersecurity IAG team in Denver, CO. You will manage identity lifecycles, provisioning, and access governance across enterprise applications, ensuring secure, compliant IAM practices.

This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff. Ideal candidates possess 5+ years in IGA/IAM, hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ, Azure AD, and PowerShell for automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent (required).
• 5+ years configuring and maintaining IGA solutions (required).
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ (required).
• Azure AD experience (required).
• PowerShell for reporting/automation (required).
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, SOX, PCI DSS, and HIPAA (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement an IGA solution across joiners/movers/leavers and entitlements.
• Lead IAM projects and develop strategies for identity and access management.
• Support onboarding of platforms and governance of entitlements and reviews.
• Monitor and maintain IGA environment for availability and security.
• Provide training and mentoring to junior analysts.
