Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support enterprise IAM platforms, including Ping Identity and LDAP solutions, in a 24x7 enterprise environment. You will administer, troubleshoot, and automate authentication services across SSO, MFA, and directory services.

The role requires hands-on experience with Ping Identity products, Radiant Logic, and LDAP, plus scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Shell to drive efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or similar LDAP.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows platforms.
• 3+ years of automation via PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms and MFA, SSO.
• Configure SSO, MFA, Passwordless and Passkeys.
• Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP issues.
• Install and maintain LDAP directories like RadiantOne, Ping Directory.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support.
• Perform monitoring, incident resolution, and RCA.
• Collaborate with infra, network, security, and app teams.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline ops.
• Maintain docs and runbooks; ongoing IAM learning.
