Job summary

Qualifications

• IAM experience of 7+ years with enterprise systems.
• 5+ years working with Ping Identity products, LDAP technologies.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or other enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years Linux and Windows environments.
• 3+ years automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based tooling.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, Ping One MFA, Ping DaVinci, Risk-Based Authentication).
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys solutions.
• Resolve authentication/authorization issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Maintain LDAP services (RadiantOne, Ping Directory, ODSEE, Tivoli Directory Server).
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, and service account configurations.
• On-call rotation for IAM, SSO, MFA, and LDAP services.
• Perform monitoring, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and vulnerability remediation.
• Assist with DR exercises, upgrades, patches, and readiness testing.
• Collaborate with infra, security, and app teams on load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS, proxies.
• Develop automation with PowerShell, Python, Shell, and APIs; leverage AI for automation.
• Maintain docs, runbooks, and knowledge base; pursue ongoing IAM learning.
