Qualifications

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP technologies.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or similar LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows platforms.
• 3+ years of automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity platforms and related IAM components.
• Configure SSO, MFA, passwordless auth, and Passkeys.
• Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP issues.
• Maintain LDAP services (RadiantOne, Ping Directory, ODSEE, Tivoli).
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for IAM services.
• Automate operations with scripting; monitor and tune performance.
• Collaborate across infra, network, security, and apps teams.
