Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support and enhance enterprise IAM platforms, including Ping Identity, LDAP services, and authentication solutions. You will administer SSO, MFA, and directory services in a 24x7 enterprise environment.

You will troubleshoot authentication/authorization, participate in on-call rotations, and drive automation using PowerShell, Python, and APIs while collaborating with security, network, and application teams.

Qualifications

7+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
5+ years with Ping Identity products, LDAP tech, and authentication platforms.
3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or similar LDAP solutions.
3+ years on Linux and Windows administration.
3+ years of automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory).
Configure SSO, MFA, passwordless, and Passkey solutions.
Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP issues.
Maintain LDAP services (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM TDS).
Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotation.
Develop automation to streamline operations and improve reliability.
