Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic or similar LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years Linux and Windows experience.
• 3+ years automation with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms and LDAP directory services.
• Configure SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkey solutions; troubleshoot authentication issues.
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, and directory consolidation.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotation.
• Perform monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and vulnerability remediation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams.
• Develop automation to streamline operations using scripting and APIs.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks; stay current with IAM technologies.
