Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to support and enhance enterprise IAM platforms, including Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication solutions. You will administer, troubleshoot, automate, and provide on-call support for SSO, MFA, and directory services in a 24x7 environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Ping Identity products, Radiant Logic, Linux/Windows, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products, LDAP technologies, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or other enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years of Linux and Windows experience.
• 3+ years of PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci, Risk-Based Authentication).
• Configure SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkey solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Manage LDAP directories (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli).
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, service accounts, ACIs, and directory consolidation.
• Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call rotation.
• Monitor, log analysis, incident resolution, root cause analysis, vulnerability remediation.
• Assist with DR tests, upgrades, patching, and readiness testing.
• Collaborate with infra, network, security, and app teams on load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS, proxy, connectivity.
• Use PowerShell, Python, Shell, and APIs to automate tasks.
• Leverage AI/automation to improve efficiency and self-service.
• Maintain runbooks and docs; improve processes.
• Stay current with IAM tech and expand expertise.
