CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to strengthen our enterprise IAM platforms, including Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication solutions. You will administer, troubleshoot, and automate SSO, MFA, and directory services in a 24x7 environment.

You will collaborate with security, network, and application teams, support on-call rotations, drive incident response and root-cause analysis, and contribute to DR exercises, platform upgrades, and automation initiatives

Formación

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity and LDAP technologies.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic or enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years Linux and Windows experience.
• 3+ years automation scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API).

Responsabilidades

• Administer Ping Identity platforms including PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci, and Risk-Based Authentication.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkey solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues involving SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP.
• Install and maintain LDAP directory services (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli DS).
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, service accounts, ACIs, and directory consolidation.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for IAM, SSO, MFA, and LDAP services.
• Perform proactive monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and vulnerability remediation.
