CVS Health seeks a Senior IAM Engineer to support enterprise Identity and Access Management platforms, including Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication solutions. This role is responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, automation, and operational support of SSO, MFA, directory services, and related infrastructure in a 24x7 enterprise environment.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure reliability and security.

Formación

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products, LDAP technologies, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or other enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years of Linux and Windows administration.
• 3+ years of PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based automation.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci, Risk-Based Authentication).
• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkey solutions.
• Triage authentication/authorization issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Maintain LDAP directories (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli).
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, service accounts, ACIs, directory consolidation.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support rotation.
