CVS Health is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to enhance enterprise identity and access management platforms, including Ping Identity and LDAP services. You will administer, troubleshoot, and automate SSO, MFA, directory services, and related infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.

You will configure PingFederate, Ping Directory, and related components; manage SSO, MFA, and Passkey solutions; and collaborate with security, network, and application teams.

Formación

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products, LDAP technologies, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or other enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years of Linux and Windows experience.
• 3+ years of PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based automation.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci, Risk-Based Authentication).
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkey solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Maintain LDAP services (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli Directory Server).
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, service accounts, and directory consolidation.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM, SSO, MFA, LDAP rotations.
