This role covers administration, troubleshooting, and automation in a 24x7 environment, with on-call rotation and a focus on SSO, MFA, and directory services.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams, leverage PowerShell, Python, Shell, and APIs to automate processes, and contribute to documentation and continuous

Formación

• 7+ years IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP technologies.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic, Ping Directory, or enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years with Linux and Windows platforms.
• 3+ years with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based automation.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms and LDAP services.
• Configure SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkey solutions.
• Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP issues.
• Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call support rotation.
• Automate operations using scripting and APIs.
• Collaborate across infra, security, and app teams.
