Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior IAM Engineer to support enterprise IAM platforms including Ping Identity, LDAP, and authentication solutions. You will administer, troubleshoot, and automate SSO, MFA, and directory services in a 24x7 environment.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams, implement load balancer and DNS issues, and develop scripts (PowerShell, Python, Shell) to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products, LDAP technologies, and authentication platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or other enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years of experience on Linux and Windows.
• 3+ years of PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity platforms including PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci, and Risk-Based Authentication.
• Configure, troubleshoot and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkey solutions.
• Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP).
• Install and maintain LDAP directory services (RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli Directory Server).
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, service accounts and directory consolidation.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM rotation; perform proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
• Assist disaster recovery, platform upgrades, patches, and readiness testing.
• Collaborate with infra, network, security, and applications teams on load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS, and connectivity.
• Create automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, Shell, APIs) and pursue AI-assisted automation.
