Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to own and evolve IAM initiatives across cloud and SaaS environments. You will design, build, and scale secure access solutions, driving least-privilege principles and robust auditing.

You will implement automated access controls, improve logging and observability, and partner with teams to accelerate secure-by-default patterns while maintaining strong risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
Automation-first mindset: production-ready scalable software and Infrastructure as Code.
IAM expertise: least privilege, auditability, and risk mitigation.
BS+ in computer science or related field; equivalent relevant experience.
US Citizenship preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive IAM application development end-to-end: code, design, and implement solutions.
Develop secure access models across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and SaaS apps.
Reduce privilege sprawl through role design and automated grants.
Improve observability with logging, metrics, and SIEM integration.
Run and improve user access reviews (UAR) for compliance.
Document procedures and runbooks to scale IAM workflows.
