Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to develop and deploy IAM solutions across cloud and internal systems. You will own end-to-end IAM initiatives, design secure access models, and drive de-risking of permissions with automation and observability.

You will work with AWS, Azure, Terraform, and Kubernetes, building scalable, secure access controls and contributing to production-ready IAM tooling while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset: production-ready scalable software, IaC, and AI coding tools.
• IAM best practices, least privilege, auditability, and risk mitigation.
• BS+ in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• US Citizenship preferred

Responsibilities

• Code, design, and implement IAM solutions across AWS, Azure, Teleport, and Terraform.
• Drive IAM projects end-to-end from requirements to rollout.
• Develop secure access models to reduce privileges and automate assignments.
• Build observability for access changes via SIEM and reporting.
• Run and improve user access reviews (UAR) to meet compliance.
• Identify high-risk permissions and propose mitigations.
• Document procedures and automation for scalable access decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to promote zero-trust and secure-by-default patterns.
