Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to lead secure access strategy across cloud and internal systems. You’ll design, implement, and scale IAM initiatives end-to-end, balancing security with developer velocity while reducing privilege sprawl and ensuring auditable controls.

You’ll partner with engineering, security, and product teams to deploy safe-by-default patterns and measurable IAM improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset: production-ready scalable software, IaC, and AI tooling for automation.
• IAM best practices, least privilege, auditability, and risk mitigation.
• BS+ in computer science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own IAM initiatives end-to-end across cloud and SaaS environments.
• Design secure access models, reduce privilege sprawl, and automate access reviews.
• Implement scalable authorization and RBAC patterns across systems.
• Improve observability with logging, metrics, and SIEM integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet compliance and security goals.
