Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM experience.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic or enterprise LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years Linux and Windows experience.
• 3+ years of automation via PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity platforms (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA).
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys solutions.
• Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP issues; manage LDAP directories.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call IAM support and incident response.
• Collaborate with infra, network, security, and app teams to resolve outages.
