Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with enterprise-scale exposure.
• 5+ years working with Ping Identity products and LDAP-based platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS) or similar LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows environments.
• 3+ years of automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API-based tooling.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity platforms such as PingFederate, PingAccess, and Ping Directory.
• Configure SSO, MFA, passwordless auth, and Passkeys across the enterprise.
• Troubleshoot authentication flows using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain IAM services 24x7.
• Develop automation to streamline IAM operations using scripts and APIs.
