Qualifications
- 7+ years of IAM experience required.
- 5+ years with Ping Identity products and LDAP tech.
- 3+ years with Radiant Logic or enterprise LDAP solutions.
- 3+ years Linux and Windows exposure.
- 3+ years of automation via PowerShell, Python, Shell, or APIs.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Ping Identity platforms and IAM tooling.
- Configure SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkey solutions.
- Troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP issues.
- Maintain LDAP directory services and migrations.
- Participate in 24x7 IAM on-call rotation.
- Monitor, incident resolve, and perform RCA and remediation.
- Collaborate across infra, security, and app teams.
- Automate with scripting to streamline ops and improve UX.
