Qualifications

• 7+ years in IAM.
• 5+ years with Ping Identity products, LDAP tech, and auth platforms.
• 3+ years with Radiant Logic (VDS/ICS), Ping Directory, or other LDAP solutions.
• 3+ years on Linux and Windows.
• 3+ years with PowerShell, Python, Shell, or API automation.
• Strong troubleshooting across auth, federation, networking, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Administer Ping Identity platforms incl. PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping Directory, PingOne MFA, Ping DaVinci, and Risk-Based Authentication.
• Configure and support SSO, MFA, Passwordless, and Passkeys.
• Troubleshoot auth/authorization involving SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP.
• Manage LDAP dirs: RadiantOne FID/VDS, Ping Directory, ODSEE, IBM Tivoli Directory Server.
• Support LDAP integrations, migrations, service accounts, and directory consolidation.
• Participate in 24x7 IAM on‑call rotation.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve incidents; perform root cause analysis and remediation.
• Support disaster recovery, upgrades, patching, and readiness testing.
• Collaborate with infra/net/security/app teams on load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS, proxy issues.
• Leverage PowerShell, Python, Shell, APIs to automate operations.
• Explore AI-assisted automation and self-service improvements.
• Maintain runbooks and docs; continuously improve processes.
• Stay current on IAM tech and expand expertise across auth, directory, cloud and security domains.
