Yoh Services LLC in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and operate identity and access management solutions that secure our IT infrastructure and enable business processes.

You will work with Okta, PingFederate, SailPoint, CyberArk, and Azure AD/Entra ID, perform audits, enforce policies, and collaborate with IT and security to integrate IAM across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in IAM engineering or related field.
• Strong IAM concepts and standard processes.
• Certifications like CISSP or CISM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions including governance and access management.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies and standards for compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM across systems.
• Conduct regular audits and mitigate security risks.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Stay updated on IAM trends and propose improvements.
