We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join an Information Security team supporting enterprise identity and access management initiatives. This role focuses on day-to-day IAM engineering, Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, and security operations across multiple environments. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience with Okta and SailPoint ISC or IDNow and is comfortable working directly with stakeholders in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to reside within commuting distance of an approved office location.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support IAM solutions for brand conversions, deconversions, and user terminations
- Configure and maintain SSO integrations for internal and external applications
- Engineer and support Okta environments, including B2E, B2B, and B2C tenants
- Work with Okta Identity Engine (OIE), workflows, and application integrations
- Develop and maintain IAM documentation, including runbooks, audit documentation, and roadmaps
- Support on‑call rotations and after‑hours incident response as needed
- Collaborate directly with Information Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams
- Participate in IAM‑related project work across multiple value streams
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process and security improvements
Required Qualifications

- Experience with SailPoint ISC or IDNow (not IIQ)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
- Strong understanding of identity, authentication, authorization, and access controls
- Experience supporting security operations in enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Okta certifications (Professional, Administrator, or Consultant)
- Experience with AWS
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Experience with Delinea or similar PAM solutions
- Strong SQL or data analysis skills for reporting and audit support
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant security certifications such as Security+, Network+, CISSP, SSCP, or CCSP are a plus
- Ability to quickly learn complex environments and systems
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
