Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer for Okta/SailPoint. The role is hybrid in Holmdel, NJ, with 3 days onsite.

You will design, implement, and support IAM solutions to secure IT infrastructure and enable efficient access control across systems. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT, 5+ years IAM experience, and hands-on expertise with Okta, SailPoint, PingFederate, CyberArk, and Azure AD/Entra ID.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field
• 5+ years IAM engineering experience
• Knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and standard processes
• Experience with Okta, PingFederate, SailPoint, CyberArk, and Azure AD/Entra ID
• Experience with reverse proxy solutions such as Okta Access Gateway and Microsoft App Proxy
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus
• Cloud-based IAM solutions, DevOps, CI/CD and AWS experience
• Scripting and automation to streamline IAM processes

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions, including identity governance, access management, and privileged access management
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards for regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM systems to mitigate security risks
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM issues
• Stay up to date with IAM trends and technologies and recommend improvements
• Mentor and guide junior IAM engineers and team members
