Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer in Holmdel, NJ. The role focuses on designing and implementing IAM solutions, governance, and security controls across the IT environment.

You will collaborate with IT and security teams, conduct regular IAM audits, and mentor junior engineers to strengthen identity security posture. The hybrid role offers onsite and remote facets and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of IAM engineering or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies and standard processes.
• Experience with IAM platforms (Okta, PingFederate, SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD/Entra ID).
• Experience with reverse proxy solutions (Okta Access Gateway, Microsoft App Proxy).
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions including governance, access and privileged access management.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures and standards for compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM with systems and apps.
• Conduct regular IAM audits and risk assessments.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM issues.
• Stay current with IAM trends and propose improvements.
• Mentor junior IAM engineers and teammates.
