Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, engineer, and support enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions. You will implement Saviynt and SailPoint platforms, configure connectors and workflows, and align security controls with client business needs across industries.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate requirements into technical designs, and contribute to risk-based IAM strategies in a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with one or more leading IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt EIC).
• Knowledge of IGA concepts: RBAC, access reviews, entitlement governance.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders and application teams.
• Strong documentation, requirements gathering, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions for enterprise environments.
• Configure connectors, policies, rules, and workflows in IGA platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to align security management with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver technical solutions.
