Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an Identity Infrastructure Operations Engineer to maintain and enhance our GovCloud identity platform. You will work with Engineering and IT to ensure compliance with FedRAMP/DoD, secure access, and scalable operations across US Gov environments.

You will lead automation, monitor incidents, and provide Tier 2/3 support while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced, security‑driven setting. This role offers remote work with government cloud focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 8–11 years in identity and access management.
• Proficiency in Directory Services, Group Policy Management, DNS and related technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Experience applying AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity provider operations, application lifecycle management, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT to integrate solutions and ensure FedRAMP/DoD compliance.
• Implement security measures and conduct security impact analyses for government controls.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks; develop automation workflows and monitoring tools.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for architecture, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with IT personnel and update stakeholders on support requests.
• Participate in on-call rotation for federal cloud support.
