Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an Identity Infrastructure Operations Engineer to maintain and enhance GovCloud identity infrastructure, ensuring security and scalability for US-Gov-1 and US-Gov-2 environments. You will support internal applications and user access within FedRAMP Moderate/High contexts.

The role emphasizes automation, collaboration with Engineering and IT, and ensuring compliance with government security controls while supporting on-call federal cloud needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–11 years in identity and access management.
• Proficiency in Directory Services, Group Policy Management, DNS, and related technologies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity provider operations and application lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT to address identity issues and ensure FedRAMP/DoD compliance.
• Implement security measures, perform security impact analysis, and adhere to government controls.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks and develop monitoring/alerting tools.
• Provide tier 2/3 support for architecture design, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with IT on support activities and keep stakeholders informed.
• Participate in on-call rotation for federal cloud support.
