Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. seeks an Identity Infrastructure Operations Engineer to maintain and enhance our GovCloud identity stack. You will ensure operational excellence, strong security controls, and scalable access governance across US Gov environments.

You will partner with Engineering and IT teams to implement identity solutions, automate tasks, and support government cloud systems. A background in IAM, automation, and security is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–11 years or Master’s with 6–7 years in identity and access management.
• Proficiency in Directory Services, Group Policy Management, DNS, and related technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues and driving resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity provider operations, application lifecycle management, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT to integrate solutions and ensure FedRAMP/DoD compliance.
• Implement security measures, perform security impact analyses, and align with government controls.
• Automate repetitive tasks, build workflows, and develop monitoring/alerting tools.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for solution design, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Update stakeholders on support status and coordinate with IT staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation for federal cloud support.
