Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking an Identity Infrastructure Operations Engineer to maintain and enhance our GovCloud identity infrastructure, focusing on FedRAMP Moderate & High DoD IL levels.

You will support internal apps and user access within US Gov environments, ensuring security and scalability. Responsibilities include identity provider ops, lifecycle management, and automation, with collaboration across Engineering and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with substantial relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity provider operations and application lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with Engineering and IT to ensure FedRAMP/DoD compliance.
• Implement security controls and perform security impact analyses.
• Automate repetitive tasks and develop monitoring/alerting tools.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex identity solutions and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate IT support activities and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call rotation for federal cloud support.
