xAI is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to design, implement, and mature our enterprise IAM ecosystem. You will own complex IAM initiatives end-to-end, from strategy to deployment, collaborating with Security, Infrastructure, Applications, and Engineering teams in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires leadership in federation, lifecycle management, and access controls, with hands-on work across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS. Strong scripting, Terraform, and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on IAM experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and security concepts.
• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, PingOne, and Microsoft identity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IAM across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS.
• Lead end-to-end federation with SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM.
• Integrate SailPoint, Okta, PingOne, and Entra ID.
• Drive LCM, RBAC, PAM, and Just-In-Time access.
• Develop IaC automations with Terraform.
• Mentor team and guide architecture.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Compliance, Engineering.
• Participate in on-call and incident response.
