Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, engineer, and support Enterprise Employee Solutions across the IAM spectrum. You will craft policies, configure connectors and workflows, and align security controls with client needs, leveraging AD, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO.

You will collaborate with security professionals to deliver innovative IAM solutions, while continuing to grow your expertise in governance, risk, and compliance across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on with one or more IGA platforms (SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt).
• Experience with joiner/mover/leaver, certification, and access requests.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot IAM solutions.
• Configure connectors, rules, workflows, and third‑party integrations.
• Implement and manage enterprise IAM tools and processes.
• Design RBAC and role lifecycle governance processes.
• Transform business requirements into technical delivery.
• Leverage AD, Azure AD, LDAP, MFA, and SSO capabilities.
